- The images published are intended to provide an approximation of the appearance of the products, however, they do not necessarily reflect their specific characteristics or actual size and, therefore, do not engage the responsibility of Juli&co.
- The product descriptions include the colours in which they are available and, if possible, an image of the same; however, Juli&co does not guarantee that the colours displayed on the site match those of the physical products, as this depends largely on the resolution and quality of the devices used to access the site.
- Product prices are shown in Colombian pesos and apply only to online purchases. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Payments are accepted via consignment, virtual payment, and direct payment in store. Payment information is processed securely and is not stored on our servers.
- The conditions of use and secure data transmission for payment have been validated. However, Juli&co is not responsible for any communication and/or security failures that may occur when making transactions through any of the entities and/or sites that they make available to the user.
- Users must review their bank accounts and immediately report any unusual, suspicious or unauthorized activity to the corresponding financial institutions.
- Once the buyer accepts the terms and conditions and makes the payment (product value and shipping cost), Juli&co verifies the transaction and manages the delivery of the products.
Cancellation of the purchase is only possible within the first 30 minutes after making the purchase. After this time, cancellations or changes are not possible.
- Juli&co offers domestic and international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.
- The cost of shipping the purchased products is assumed by the customer and is subject to variations depending on the weight of the product and the national or international shipping location.
- Payment for shipping costs must be made when issuing the purchase order, based on the settlement provided by the system according to the parameters defined by the carriers in charge of Juli&co deliveries.
- Shipments are made 8 business days after the purchase has been made. Once payment has been verified, Juli&co manages the delivery of the products within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days depending on the location and logistical conditions. The user will be responsible for receiving the requested products in the place and city chosen by him for delivery.
- By indicating the delivery location, the buyer authorizes a third party to receive the order and certify the good or bad condition of the corresponding packaging, therefore, Juli&co is exonerated from any responsibility for the delivery made as long as it is made at the place registered at the time of purchase; Likewise, it is exonerated from responding for any damage or defect that the products present, unless at the time of receiving the order it has been identified and reported to the carrier that they were delivered damaged, tampered with, or with any kind of defect. The report of the damages or defects with which the products may arrive must be accredited by means of photographs immediately upon receipt of the product.
- No returns are accepted. Customers are required to carefully review the details.

- In the event that delivery is not possible at the indicated address, the products will be returned to Juli&co's facilities without refunding the sale price or shipping costs. The user must personally collect the products at the address indicated, within a period of five (5) business days. If the user does not collect the products after this period, Juli&co will have the right to dispose of them and will only be obliged to refund the purchase price to the user, after deducting the costs of shipping and return to Juli&co's facilities, bank fees and transfer costs for the refund of the money.
- In the event that the product received does not correspond to what was requested by the user in the purchase, or that upon receiving it it was reported that it is defective, the user may return it within five (5) business days following the date it was delivered, communicating their decision through the email info@eternitycolombia.com.co or by calling the national service line +57 1 5201913.
- The user must fully identify himself and return the product to Juli&co in the same condition in which he received it, that is: without having used it, with the original packaging and attached documents, and in perfect physical, aesthetic and mechanical condition. The return may be made through the same means in which the product was sent to you, or by taking it directly to the address indicated by Juli&co for this purpose.
- Shipping costs and any other costs associated with returning the product will be covered by Juli&co.
- Once the return decision has been notified and the product has been received in the indicated conditions, Juli&co will process the shipment of the product requested by the user within a maximum period of five (5) business days. Shipping costs will be assumed by Juli&co.
- In accordance with Article 3 and 7 of Law 1480 of 2011, Juli&co establishes an unlimited guarantee for gold and silver jewelry regarding the purity of the metal, referring to 18K for gold and 925 for silver.
- According to article 12 of Decree 735 of April 17, 2013 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, second-hand items are sold without warranty.
- Gold and silver can lose their original shine when in contact with hard elements or chemicals. To preserve the jewel, we recommend cleaning it with a soft cloth before storing it. This guarantee expires immediately if the jewel has been tampered with by personnel other than our company.
The warranty is not valid in case of:
- Detachment of pearls or stones due to impacts or aggressive agents.
- Changes or transformations to the piece by persons other than Juli&co.
- Abuse.
- Scratches or deterioration of the original shape of the jewelry due to misuse.
- Force majeure or fortuitous event.
- The act of a third party.
- Improper use of the product by the consumer, or its manipulation by persons not authorized by the manufacturer/importer or supplier of the products.
For the warranty process, the customer must present the product at Juli&co's facilities or at the place indicated by it. The consumer must present a purchase invoice or, failing that, proof of having made the purchase of the defective product through the site (for example, by showing proof of payment), and a completed warranty certificate for the products to which it applies.
Juli&co reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
